Golf Tournament Information:

The FAIRWAY TO LIFE Golf Tournament is open to all individuals. The format will be a four person scramble with prizes awarded for: Gross & Net, Hole-in-One, Closest to the Pin, and Longest Drive.

A twosome will be selected from the FAIRWAY TO LIFE Tournament to participate in the Lexus Champions for Charity Tournament at Pebble Beach Resorts in Pebble Beach, California! Playing in the prestigious Lexus Champions for Charity golf series is an opportunity not only to win a Lexus, but also to contribute to a worthwhile cause.

Eligibility requirements for team prizes:

Gross: All players are eligible
Net: To be eligible for net prizes, each member of the team must have a verified USGA handicap
